Birthday Binge! Part III: The Reality
It's been a week since my actual beeday, but I've also spent a week fantasy binging (mmmm that sounds pleasant!) to bring you the very best of what I'd buy ME ME ME if pesky pennies were no object.

I Heart Hayden-Harnett Handbags
Sigh. My tastes just got a little pricier.
I LUST after this Hayden-Harnett bag:

Despite the fact that I'm half Israeli (fun fact!!), I'm a little hesitant to invest in a bag named "Gaza." But still... maybe I could justify it as... supporting my people? Oh wait. There are no more Jews in Gaza, silly! GAME ON! The bag will be MINE! (As soon as I find a knock-off for one-sixth of the price.) I love the pocketiness, and I like the fact that it looks like a designer bag (well, it is, duh!), but it looks sorta timeless and not too it-bag-esque. Wah. WANT! Here's one on eBay for $360, but I'm a wee bit dubious about knockoffs. I mean, if I'm gonna buy a knockoff, I'd better be DAMN sure it's a real knockoff. I want a knockoff guarantee!

Dresses! Dresses! Dresses!

ANYway... real creative title, huh? Anyway, here's my round-up of ADORBS dresses, as usual, many affordable, others definitely not. They're basically in order of my love for them, starting with just-a-little-crush love and ending at til-death-do-us-part-let's-get-married love.

The wrap element might create some tum issues for those of us not blessed with flat-tum genes or the willpower to do crunches. But the green is just SOOO springy, and the price, y'all, is right!

Normally this would be just a little too granola bar for me, but something attracts me to it. I actually think the nipped waist would be flattering on just about any body, and there isn't TOO much Earth mama/worry doll action and shit going on.

Is this dress too cupcakey? Like in the bad way? I'm not usually a huge fan of satin, but I love the ruffly detail at the bottom of the skirt. I definitely wouldn't advocate black shoes -- some dark pink or coral ones would look fantastic though. Anyway, if you like it, get it.

Would the color wash me out (HIGHLY possible!) I love the sash and cut though. Wah.
